RSVP Partners with United Way of Lamar County for Annual Fall Campaign

From now until the end of November, Red River Valley RSVP is proud to stand alongside the United Way of Lamar County in its annual fall fundraising campaign. This year’s campaign carries an ambitious but vital goal—raising $600,000 in 2026 to support local partner agencies that provide essential services throughout the community.

Longtime Partnership

United Way has been a steadfast supporter of Red River Valley RSVP for many years, helping to expand its mission of connecting volunteers with meaningful service opportunities. Most recently, United Way of Lamar County awarded RSVP an $11,000 grant for 2026. These funds will directly aid RSVP’s work in mobilizing volunteers to serve residents across Lamar County, ensuring that the needs of the community are met through collective action.

Supporting Critical Services

The fall campaign isn’t just about dollars raised—it’s about the lives impacted. Funds collected during the campaign are distributed among United Way’s partner agencies, including RSVP. These dollars fuel vital programs such as food distribution for families in need, youth development initiatives, and emergency assistance for residents facing unexpected hardships.
