My name is Dustin Terry, and I started ParisTX.com because Paris, Texas, will always be home to me. I grew up here, spending my school years in nearby Bogata, Texas, and I’ve always considered myself a proud Texan.
After graduating, I joined the United States Air Force, which gave me the chance to serve my country and see more of the world. But no matter where I went, my heart always came back to Paris. The people here, the small-town spirit, and the unique character of this community are what make Paris special.
I started ParisTX.com because I believe strongly in the power of local journalism. Our stories matter. Our people matter. Communities thrive when they have a voice, and I want to help provide that voice right here in Paris.
This site is about more than just news—it’s about celebrating the place we all call home. I’m proud to be doing local journalism in Paris, Texas, and I look forward to growing this platform with and for the people of our town.
Because at the end of the day, I love Paris, Texas. I love the people. And I love telling our story.
